I do not like this company! Ripoff! Every month there is a problem. I changed my billing date by ten days. So of course I’m over my “unlimited “ data, can’t watch tv or movies due to buffering! Well, around time bill is supposed to be due, I look at my account, zero balance. So I think, I’m gonna pay the 150 I pay for unlimited plus the equipment charges and crap. I pay 170 dollars. Then I don’t think about it until today when I get home and WALAA- no internet. My account is suspended for 85 dollars they charged me for those ten days!! I thought it would be on my next bill (since we pay in advance), but nope, chat with chat people and , of course, like always , they can’t do anything. Until it’s paid down within thirty dollars. That’s not to mention the slow speeds and the not so unlimited unlimited plan that buffers so bad you can’t watch tv at all( during the time they want me to pay 85 dollars for), all due to network congestion that is only ever a problem if your over the data cap! I m thinking directv is looking more appealing every day! I’m gonna report them to the BBB! I’m tired of it.
