We cancelled our internet service and had to wait for a thaw in order to return the satellite device portion of the equipment. We returned all of the equipment on Fri 1/12. We were charged $300 for non-return. As stated in the materials you sent us, when will that be refunded to our account?
Without looking at your account, I'd say a week or two.
Once the equipment is delivered, it can take several days to be processed and logged into inventory, then the finance department will process the refund. That will take 5-7 business days to get back to you.
