Return of old modem.

I upgraded to the Liberty 25 last month and did not receive a shipping label to send my old modem back. I talked to a rep for at least an hour to resolve the issue. I was told UPS was going to ship me a return label. I have yet to receive the label. Please help resolve this.

Doug, please send an email to Viasatlistens@viasat.com and explain this to them. That email goes to corporate directly and, they will be able to look into this and, insure that you do receive the return box ASAP.

Some people have been saying ViaSat no longer wants the old modem. Maybe the email will clear it up.

That's correct. Brad already stated that people upgrading packages do not need to return the old modem.
