Have you returned the Tria, Modem and Modem Power Supply as required by the contract? If you did not, then this needs to be done.

Steve, I am a full time RVer. Excede was installed in my motor home by a third party provider JRB communications.  They set up this service as if we were in a stationary home (this should not have been done) and told us when we moved they would move the service for us. We were parked in a state park at the time and gave them the exact date  we would be moving. When we moved they took our equipment and was to move our service so I do not have any equipment to return. I notified customer service at corporate and was told by Ashley that I would not be charged for equipment. There is a note from corporate in the account stating this all the live chat and phone support Reps I have spoke with have stated note is there also a note that states finance will send refund directly to customer however this doesn't happen.

Please email exedelistens@viasat.com the name and, contact information for the dealer that did this to you. I suspect that dealer shafted you and, never reported any of it beyond the install and cancellation to ViaSat. Thus, ViaSat does not know that the dealer took the equipment or, that he promised you a refund.

When you cancel, there is a fee if the modem and tria are not returned to ViaSat and, there may be an early termination fee as well, if you did not have the service for at least 24 months. That is in the contract you signed (or should have signed) when you had the service installed. If you never saw that contract, you should state that in your email as well.

c early, The Exede Moderators have always taken situations like this very seriously and do correct the problem, and will refund the funds once they are sure that there was wrong doing by the dealer.

I can attest to that, from personal experience. The Moderators here helped me get a refund I was owed when there was a mistake on my account.

Hello.

As some others stated on this forum we will need you to contact us at exedelistens@viasat.com as this will likely require us needing personal information to look into this for you.
