Return exede equipment have not received ups box.

I ended my account with Exede on 1/2/2017. Your equipment is still here. I never got the US return box to mail it back. I will not pay $300. for this if it's not my mistake.

We ship the boxes via UPS from KY. They should be in this week. You can always call at 855-463-9333 and we can look at the tracking status
