I have made multiple attempts to contact you regarding the return of your equipment, as well as cancellation of my service OF WHICH THE CONTRACT EXPIRED JUNE 24th 2016, yet in each instance you have ignored and or given me the run-around.

THEREFORE, If you do not make arrangements for collection of your equipment by August 5th, it will be disposed of with no further notice.

Your choice to do that, but just be aware that you will be charged around $350 for failure to return the euipment per the contract you signed when it was installed.

Well, considering that EXEDE ignores my every attempt to return it - INCLUDING YOUR POST ABOVE - it seems to me that you don't WANT it returned.

By the way, how do you propose to get that $350, hmmmm?

They posted the address to return the equipment in one of these threads. I'm not sure which one. I'm testing out the new expansion pre-patch stuff in WoW right now.

Would one of the exede people be so kind as to give the address for sending the equipment back again please?

Hello Chris, The nice lady that weighed in on your post as well as David and Zanne are NOT employees, they are customers just like you. This forum is in no way linked to your account and to back up David just because you post on here doesn't mean we're going to know who you are. For account security purposes (this IS a very public and open forum) the best way to work with us and to avoid a unreturned equipment fee would be to email us directly at that way we can make sure boxes come to you OR you get an appropriate address to send the equipment back. Otherwise a fee does get charged automatically. If you're getting nowhere on the phone I would highly recommend you email us instead to work this out. Thanks!
