Resetting the Spock modem password

Apparently I lost the username and password I had changed it to. I have tried all the suggestions I could find to factory resetting it, as in powering down, pressing the reset button multiple times for different periods of times. Nothing helps to set it to factory settings. I have found the links and made them work since straight clicking on them don't work. You have to go to the help section and put the phrase in to find the page. That didn't help either, but I did find some useful info for reference. Anything else? I need to get into my modem to open up a few UDP ports.

Do you have the sticker with the default User Name/PW?
Gonna need it for sure

First power on your modem for >2-3 minutes
Press reset and hold for 10 seconds & release

Now connect your computer with a cable to modem
Go to 192.168.100.1 & select the Router menu

Use admin - then that ridiculous 16 digit password
Change the admin password
Take the time NOW to create a document with YOUR password for each the router & wifi
(can't forget it again that way)

Change wifi password

There are no UDP port settings
