Requesting refund

I would like to know the status of my refund. I placed an order for Internet service on June 24, and canceled the same day. I am still awaiting the return of my 60$ payment. Please reply immediately.

Hi Christopher, 

It sounds like this was a Credit Card Authorization. We only use this as verification to check if the bank account is valid, available and acceptable for electronic payments and no funds are withdrawn or held. When a Credit Card is used and verifies that at least $60 is available on the credit card and returns the funds within 1 day. If its been more than 24hrs please verify with your card/bank institute as some banks have different return periods of this transaction.
