Request for viasat2 modem guest wifi | Viasat Internet Community

I wanna be able to throttle Guest who use my guest wifi Pretty much so they can only browse the web aka like viasat throttles others when the beam is full and they are over prority data!

My router, not my Viasat modem, requires a password to use the guest service. I just don't give it to anyone but my dearest and nearest.
