Is anyone else no longer receiving email reply notifications from this community?  The last one I got was on the 11th.

Last one I got was the 8th. I wonder if what mail you are using matters?

You can check to make sure your email notification options are still set the way you wanted them..Click the down-arrow next to your icon/name in the upper-right corner and select email notifications...you can verify, or select the options you want.

Most of mine (not all) go to spam. Probably where they belong.

I'm using Outlook with an msn address.  Still nothing.  :(

Maybe I'll try switching it to my gmail address and see if I get notifications there.

Not to belittle, but did you change the setting to don’t follow threads?

I did get your post (not spam). ;)

No, I didn't.  Nothing has changed.  I even checked to make sure it wasn't added to my blocked list or anything like that.

And, when I just added my gmail address it sent a verification to my msn address, so there's no problem with them sending me emails.  So, I don't know what's wrong.  If I start getting them at my gmail address I'll toggle back to see if it just needed to be "kick started".

Thank you.  Yes, I did, though I found it in my Spam folder in Gmail (now corrected).  I also found the like from my post last night.  So, now that I know it's working, I'll try switching it back to my MSN email and see what happens.  It definitely wasn't coming through to the MSN email address at all, but maybe this will kick start it.  :)

I should add that if it still doesn't work I found out that by setting up a filter in my gmail I can forward to my msn address just these community notifications, so either way I'll be able to again get them at my msn address.  :)

So, it's still a no go with my msn email.  Why it all of a sudden stopped working after nearly three years of working the way it should is a mystery, but the filter workaround, as in forwarding just the ViaSat Community notifications from gmail to my msn mail, does the trick, so I'm still getting them in the end.

I may change my msn mail back to primary in a few months to see if it's working again, but the way the filter works forwards the notifications in a way that makes them look like they came directly from here, like they normally do, so I may just end up forgetting about it.

Gabe, I've been using Hotmail for my email account for years..kissing cousin to MSN email..Forum notification emails make it to my account but sometimes they are flagged and placed in the Junk Email folder..Using my browser to log into my email account and select those emails in the Junk Folder that are not junk to place them into the "In Box" just so I can download them with my email client..the more I identify as not junk seems to help their filter so they don't get flagged as often as junk..but it does not totally stop an occasional email from being flagged as junk, so about once a week I check the junk folder again..

I can see that.  I'm just not getting them at all anymore.  No inbox, no junk folder, no anywhere.  They just aren't coming through directly to my msn address anymore.  Nothing changed, they just stopped.

But, I have to figure out what went wrong, as your reply didn't forward from my gmail to my msn address.  It went to my gmail address, but it didn't forward.I think I may have set up the filter incorrectly.  I'll try again.
