I just upgraded to Liberty 12 Wi Fi and now I cannot access the website eSVTv5.2.0. Anyone know what's up with that and how I can get it back?

Hi Billy, I am sorry, I am unable to resolve this issue through the forum.  I can, however, provide you with instructionsthat may help you access eSVT.  I always recommend that you tryrestarting your wireless router and modem, as this resolves many technicalproblems and it may save you some time!

Here is the correct way to restart your wireless router and modem, and and computer (and yes, theorder really does make a difference!)

•Power-down the computer connected to your modem.

•Power-down the router (unplug it).

•Power-down the modem (unplug it). Wait 2 minutes

•If you have an Ethernet cable connecting your computer to the modem, disconnect it, then plug it back in.

•Make sure the Ethernet cable from the router is plugged into the back of themodem *Note: Wireless routers do not require a cable connection to thecomputers they support.

•Plug in the modem. Wait until all LED lights on the modem are solid

•Power-up the router.

•Power up your computer.

If this does not allow you access to eSVT, please give us a call at 855.463.9333 for further assistance.

I just activated the new WiFi modem but I did as you instructed and still got the "access forbidden" notice however, when I clicked on the word "dashboard" in the upper left hand corner of my screen it directed me to the eSVT sight..I'm only showing one day of usage since I just changed modems yesterday but on the hourly usage report for 4/11//2017 it says "no data to display".  I will check back tomorrow to see if it will show me hourly usage which helps me a lot to learn where my data is being used..Thanks for your help!

The new modem has a new MAC address. So the link that you saved from your old modem will not work with the new one. You need to change the link to match the new MAC address.
