Refunds non existent...

I've been informed I will not get a refund because I missed the billing for new month by 12 hrs. I am forced to pay for a full month, $124 for service that has been disconnected. This is not right, it is literally robbery. On top of that I am a senior citizen & this is further abuse of those of us that have worked hard for a living & on limited income.
