Requesting refund

I'm requesting a refund for my payment on 9/4/2017. I tried cancelling my contract on 9/5 effective 10/2 and the representative cancelled it that day instead. I was immediately shut off and sent the box to return my equipment. Since I am cancelled now, through no fault of my own and paid for service that I do not have, I would like my $90.62 refunded.
