I have asked serveral times for a refund of the money taken by this company. I have not been satisfied with the service i have recieved from this company. I will not recommend it to anyone as i have recieved false bills with incorrect ampunts on them. My service took almost a month to but cut on and when i upgraded to the "unlimited" plan i immediately have issues with speed and service. They can never show me my usage it only explained. I want to cancel and have my money refunded today as the payment was made today and i have not used any data. I seriously dislike this service.

This is not tied to your account. While Viasat will not refund for unused service you can email us at viasatlistens@viasat.com and we can look at your account. If you do wish to cancel that can only be done by calling in to 855-463-9333
