wildblue is not returning my last month payment. when I switched to another company. guess I am going to have to take this matter to court for my refund.

Just be sure to read the contract to see if refunds are.covered and what the policy is .Good luck k

you have to send back thier modem or they will charge you 300 and they charge you for cancelling contrat also

I have been trying to get a box sent for over a month to return the equipment and they keep giving me the run around and excuses. Took my $300 and still no box

Hello Lisa

We do not refund for unused service. If you canceled on the day of your bill or maybe even the day after I might be able to help you but if you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle a refund won't be issued much like how you pay a monthly fee despite how much data is used each month (over or under, you're paying to have a certain plan that grants you a certain amount of data)
