Refund problem, still waiting!!!!

Goodluck on getting back any kind of refund from this company!! I canceled over 2 months ago, and i was charged 320$$ for equipment that i had sent back! I had the ups receipt to prove it. I have still been trying to get my money back! it has been well over the 14 days they told me. Horrible customer service! This company is a joke! You cant get a hold of anyone when you do call and have a problem. I will be taking them to small claims if this isnt resolved by the weekend.

If you paid with a credit card, it would seem to be a simple matter to dispute the transaction with your CC company. You have proof the equipment was returned, they can't take money they are not entitled to!
