Beats me...I replaced my whole cable with new cable and still get the red flag..

Be sure you use only cable with solid copper center conductor that is on Exede's approved cable list. Also be sure your ground block and any barrell connectors are rated for high frequency and that you have used approved F-connectors. Cable length and sharp bends could also be the culprit. If these things were not properly done initially you should ask for a re-do of the installation. More than likely this is an installation issue and your installer needs to be held accountable.
