Receipent not receiving emails (2)

There are two emails I have been trying for a year or more to send to receipent and they are not getting my emails Verizon.net address and Yahoo.com address. Why???

why so hard to get an answer or fix my problem with my email?

This  has been an ongoing problem with those people still using the xxx@wildblue.net and xxx@excede.net emails.  It is a problem that the email service that Viasat contracts with. Viasat does not even offer email to new subscribers.

Do what most of us did several years ago and sign up for an account at gmail.com or yahoo.com. They are both free and work very well.

Only two people I know are not getting my emails.  Both are very important people.  They can send me emails but not receive.  Gawd, don't want to have to use my husbands email to send a message. Nor do I want another email.com thing

Well you need to. The viasat and wildblue email accounts are being eliminated.

You make a Yahoo or gmail account and move on. You dont expect to have Viasat for the rest of your life do you? Make a new email account. It is not that hard!
