Where is my new modem upgrade. Why have I received no information on my upgrade order placed 2 weeks ago and why is there no communication or confirmation about the order I placed. This is improved service?

Currently there is a backlog with the WiFi modems required for some of the new plans. There have been several posts on this forum regarding this, it could take up to 4 weeks to get your modem delivered.

Hopefully by then Viasat-2 Will be operational, requiring a whole new modem and a installation visit

I do wonder why packages requiring the new modem are still being sold if said modems don’t currently exist.

Those new packages aren't being sold anymore, at least thats the case on my beam.

If I did want to switch plans, all that is available to me right now is Liberty 12, Liberty 25, and Liberty 50.

Liberty 12 is still rocking and rolling for me despite the winter slowdown.  I'm at 122 GB so far for the month.

Still offering silver unlimited and “boost” on my beam. Wish they wouldn’t though. Boost is probably close to false advertising. Silver unlimited has been good though I haven’t reached my data limit since upgrading. Always hated dialup speeds and fear that’s where I’d be. Liberty Pass was generally unusable for me except checking email.

I mean, this is pretty decent. Works well. Not close to 25Mbps though. I get it. Kids are home. Santa’s downloading updates, social security checks are depositing electronically, and so on.

I’d recommend silver. I’d recommend ViaSat. I couldn’t in good faith recommend “boost”.
