Question regarding administrative activities and data

Have you been ordered not to talk to me?

I sent you another reply Tuesday Dec. 12, 2016 asking again if I will be answered by ViaSat or exede concerning discoveries made about the inner-workings of the exede system. 
 
Someone there should have thought of something by now.  

You can access my exede voice number from my account info if a phone call is preferred over putting things in writing.

Hi Craig,  I escalated your issue as I stated to your and I am waiting on a reply from my engineers. AS soon as I get an answer, you will be notified.

Hi Craig,  Thank you for your patience. ViaSat activities like modem sync, software push, does not count against data. Only your activities count against your data.

I suppose exede would have to say that publicly.   I'm not going to expose myself to a lawsuit for exposing proprietary technology here so this matter is going to the lawyers and engineers.  Thank you for presenting the official exede position.
