I have a question for anyone who owns a nintendo switch. Can you get any of the videos over nintendos servers to load? I can't unless i use a proxy through a vpn. But everything else works fine i can download games and play online i just apparently am being blocked from watching videos. i was wondering if anyone else has this issue or if it's just my connection.

I've missed a few weeks but I haven't heard much about Switch being affected I can see if we've had any similar reports. I know a lot of peer to peer gaming has the usual satellite connection issues due to the ping rate. It might be worth it to call our tier 2 team to check on your connection at 855-463-9333 just to see if we can rule out your connection vs if the issue is on Nintendo's end.

I also have this problem but now i can usually get the videos to load and play when hitting retry after the first fail.Like Brad said it may be because of the high ping we get on Satellite.

As i have stated once before it works fine if i tunnel into a  encrypted connection such as Ultrasurf Proxy or use a VPN like Private Internet Access.  SO the issue can't be ping related because those 2 things make the ping even worse. I have noticed this issue with alot of gaming stuff here recently. I had to use Ultrasurf to download SWTOR or it would cap my download speed at around 75 kbps but once i used ultrasurf "Surprise" downloading at a speed of 1.8mbps-2.3mbps.
