question about my high bill !!!!!!

My bill is much higher than quoted when I signed up. I had to drop the phone when I started because the dish is too high to take snow off of. could this be the problem? the phone bill was supposed to be taken off this bill.

well IF you had just gotten your services installed onto this month or whatever month it is. then you will be charged for the installment fee and also the equipment fee, sales and taxes of your local state, and also the easycare. because like say for an example: (services installed on 12/1/16 then you will be aok and also after the 2 days after the 1st then you will be charged for that whole month of usage.)

also once when that is paid off. the first ACTUAL bill WILL be high as its your first offical bill from exede. also once when you pay that off, then you will be able to revert to the original bill. also you can make payments to them. ive had to make one payment cause i was running low onto funds. i said to them, is it ok if i pay about... $80.00 for this month then the next month ill pay it in full. they said yeah that is ok. so i made the $80.00 payment then i still had internet services.

also whatever was left over rolled onto the next months bill.

but yeah hoped ive helped ya :3 (i know its not about the phone bill but it was how the actual bill will be and so on sorry if i wasnt any help at all :( but ive tried my best :) )
