I received an email notice supposedly from wildblue.net that I have to verify that I have an account (I do) by clicking a button. Wonder if this is for real or a scam?

That's almost certainly a scam, Lynn. We don't send out emails like that, and you can be pretty sure any emails you get asking things like this are from folks up to no good. We only deal with account info over the phone or through MyExede.net, where you log in with secure credentials.
