I would like a copy of the installation instructions for setting up the modem, router, voice. Especially the wiring details. Please send them to

Second, how can we obtain a contract with the local telephone company so that my next door neighbor doesn't have to pay a long distance charge to call me? This is very important to those of us who recently had your system installed. Carol Shaw

Not a good idea to post your personal email address on a public forum...

Someone might send you information via email but if not here is a link...
Set up your Exede Voice instructions are HERE
Take note:  The Exede Voice adapter is the first device to be connected to the Surfbeam-2 modem.  Routers, computers, other devices connect to the Voice adapter.

You can port your existing number to your new Exede Voice or get a new number. There may be a local number available so your neighbors won't incur charges to call you.   If you choose your own number from a selection box on the Internet, keep clicking, there are pages upon pages of possible numbers and the location they are designated to.  If done over the phone with Customer care, be patient with them and you may get just what you want as far as getting a local number.  You cannot choose the actual number, you must take one from the list, either via Internet or customer care.

Setting up your router is a bit tricky from here as nobody knows what make/model it is or what devices you will be connecting to it.
