Problems with My.Exede.net - internal server error

When I attempt to logon to the My.Exede.net dashboard I end up receiving the following message:
"An internal server error occurred. An internal server error occurred with Force.com Sites"

The site is working about 10% of the time, but most times it seems to be timing out with the error above. Is Exede aware of the issue? My internet connection seems to be working fine, but I would like to view my data usage.

If you subscribe directly though Viasat (not through Dis, DirecTv, etc...) you can log in at https://myesvt.exede.net/

Accept the agreement that loads after you log in, then it will show you your usage information. You cannot change plans or anything form there but, you can see usage information.

Hello Pete/ Everyone else in this thread,

We are currently experiencing issues with our site. It's a known issue and our team is working on having it restored. We're hoping that it'll be restored by the end of the business day (within a few hours) at the most. Sorry for the inconvenience

Thanks for the info. The site seems to be better today, but not 100%. I received the account and usage info, but the billing portion gives the following error:
"Web service callout failed: Unexpected element. Parser was expecting element 'http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/:Envelope' but found ':html'".

Hope this helps.

attempt 1 this morning -"Oops - call customer care" page while data was loading.

attempt 2 - loaded Usage, Billing Snapshot, Account info fine, stuck loading questions and tips for apx 3 minutes but, it did finally load.
