I too have issues with customer service. I have a reoccurring issue with not being able to get onto certain websites (including Exede). The 1st time, about 1-2 weeks ago, it got supposedly resolved and The people I dealt with were professional and polite. The problem got, apparently temporarily, resolved. It had to go to a tier 2 tech person. Saved the info and when I called this time I got a very power drunk, ignorant tier 1 person. I asked to speak to a tier 2 person and got stonewalled. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for a long time. Same person came back on the phone and asked if I still wanted a manager, or if I wanted my internet fixed. I said manager and she answered that it would take awhile (probably busy with other dissatisfied customers). I said fine call back and she said a person would call back in 20-30 minutes. That was over 12 hours ago. I could go on about the amount of time I've spent on hold, but will not rant.
