problems with excede satellite internet

I have had problems with my service, which is insufficient for my needs. I have upgraded to the highest speed and stayed with the service for approx 6 months, and it is still not good enough. I cannot stream movies without breaks for buffering. It often takes me 15 minutes to download email. I would like to cancel my account and do not think it is fair that I should be charged a cancellation fee for the remainder of the contract. I entered into the contract assuming that I would be provided the service I was expecting. This has not been the case. Please cancel my account immediately and do not send me a bill for a contract cancellation charge. If you plan to do so, I will immediately file a complaint with the California Attorney General's office and take all necessary steps to obtain legal counsel. I will also let other potential customers know about my experience via online media. Thank you, Charles Crandall

Just so we are on the same page.  I am extremely dissatisfied with exede and have plenty of documentation of problems that never get fixed and it has been 3 years for me.  They are removing messages.  I am just letting you know I can communicate (priv messaging only) on FB if you tell me where in California you are.  Also you can have your bank cut them off from funds.
