I get the following error when signing in to my account. It says I don't have access anymore, but I am logged in. I have to logout to try again. I see my name when the page is almost finished loading and then bam! The oops screen.

Me too! Same message since creating new username and attempting to access my account. I see my welcome page in the dim state with the message that info is downloading then BAM, the oops page.

I am getting the same thing, just like Kenneth says, it says I am logged in, can see the page loading (dimmed) then the OOPS message. Have to log off, then the same happens when I try to get on again.

I can never understand why they won't post a message in this forum when they are doing maintenance like this. Seems like the right thing to do, but then, just try using their customer service and you can see why.

I know this can be very frustrating. /: More often than not we aren't aware of the maintenance until it is already being done. We have escalated this issue to our CAT offices to see what can be done to let everyone know ahead of time. Hopefully we will be able to accomplish this soon. Please stay tuned..
