Problem with service all around

I have tried for the past two weeks to pay my bill. Now when I call they can’t even get my account to come up even giving them my account ,phone. and name. Anyone else having problems like this? I’ve even tried paying on the Viasat app. Then I get message saying call a number. Then I call the number... basically I’m going in circles. The response I get is always try back later

I have not checked my account since the 4th but something strange did happen on the 3rd.

I logged in on the 3rd, my billing date is the 4th, and it showed $0 Balance, last payment received Sept 4th, next payment due Nov 4th, and no sign of an October payment or debit, and my data had been reset to 0 usage, even though it wasn't time for that to happen yet.

After midnight, Oct 4th, I checked again and nothing had changed.  A few hours later I checked yet again, and it showed a little data usage but still no payment information. The billing page had not changed.

It was late afternoon or early evening on Oct 4th before I received a notice from Viasat saying my account had been debited. I had also changed alerts on my payment method and I promptly received a text alert from my institution as well.

Something odd was going on 4 days ago for sure, but my payment did eventually debit for the October payment, but my account is set up to do that automatically.

Invoices are numbered and I didn't think they'd allow my account to jump from month 18 to month 20, and they didn't, they definitely caught it.

I'm not sure what's going on with them.

I'm an Exede customer so I go thru the exede.com customer portal that then takes me to the Viasat Account Management log in page, then the dashboard - account.viasat.com/dashboard, but it's my understanding that these pages aren't available to some customers. I have the Viasat browser but not the app.

I just received an error message page when attempting to view bills, even though I was able to view the dashboard page.
