Problem with service

I run a business out of my home and have not been able to work online due to your service I will be cancelling along with going to the media since my family works in the industry I want everyone to know what horrible service providers your company provides
I'm locked into a two year contract and will be notifying every media outlet I can to let them know what a sham this service is

There may be a fixable reason if you have slow speeds constantly. If the issue is high latency or slow once data allotment is used, there is little to be done for those but, other issues generally have solutions.

If we knew what those issues were for you, I and others here, including the Exede Employees, would do out best to help you find and resolve the issues.
