Problem with Exede giving me a different plan

I ordered the Freedom 150 plan with phone  through Awesome-Internet.com an exede partner and I didn't get any email conformation first of all. The installer showed up then thankfully the mail showed up before he setup the satellite. The order that came in the mail had me signed up for the liberty 18 plan which is not what i signed up for. I sent the installing back and refused to have it setup and called George, with Awesome-internet.com, back he stated that he was going to call and try to get it taken care of. He called me back and told me that they said the plan was no longer available and that they refused to put me in the plan that i ordered. I called and the first lady i spoke with was rude as can be, she refused to connect me to a supervisor and told me all they could do is cancel my order and give me one of their current plans. So today i called them back again and this time i got to speak with a supervisor and was told that it will be taken care of but he needs to escalate it to someone else and that it can take 72 hours or more before they put a note on the account and THAT I NEED TO CALL THEM BACK TO FIND OUT IF THEY SWITCHED ME TO THE PLAN I ORDERED. I have screen shots and can print my call logs. I spoke with and texted my wife and George, Both George and myself went to the exede website on the 14th and went over the plans offered and i sent my wife the picture below showing her what i signed up for. I think at the least i deserve the plan i ordered and a phone call stating that it has been taken care.

Maybe a blessing in disguise. I had the 150 for about three weeks but couldn't do anything with it because speeds were below 1. I cancelled, they waved the EFT and I now have unlimited thru a WISP provider. Keep at them. I called umpteen times, filed FCC complaint and wrote a letter to corporate. I know our problem is different, but just be persistent. Good luck.

i smell a hater here -.- also if you dont have exede anymore then WHY even bother coming back to this community??? HUH!?!?!? if you have a different provider then you have NO right to be here... this is the place for ONLY exede people who are having problems. NOT to bash exede -.- geez i thought grown up knew this (even though imma 22 yrs old and i know how to act like a grown up instead of making silly complaints and childish stuff like this) so yeah if you have a different provider then you have NO buissness to be here now so bai bai :3 (sorry if it came out rude its just facts imma NOT trying to be rude or nothing but just point out facts. but apperently people HATE facts which they dont like to hear -.- like i said imma NOT trying to be rude but also just stating facts here :3 )

Unfortunately plan availability does change. If you go to exede.com and type in your zip code and it shows up we should be able to get it for you, if not unfortunately due to availability in your area the plan won't be offered. If this supervisor was able to get you set up you should be OK. You can email us at Exedelistens@viasat.com and we can check for you. 

We do anticipate this plan and others like it to be widely available sometime after we launch ViaSat 2 and have all the appropriate preparations.

But i placed the order when it was available and someone either at your company or that represents your company messed up. I ordered the freedom 150 when it was available and should get what i ordered because it was available when i ordered it. i think my next step is to files all the complaints i can starting with the BBB.

If you email us at the email in my prior reply we can check the availability as well as what went wrong at the point of sales

I did and i got a stupid response saying that is not our website.... When it is. Both me and George we on the page as he was going over the plan with me and i took that and texted it to my wife while i was ordering it. If you would like i can give you the number for your local seller Awsome-Internet.com and he can confirm that that is what was on your site and that i ordered it.
