I ordered the Freedom 150 plan with phone through Awesome-Internet.com an exede partner and I didn't get any email conformation first of all. The installer showed up then thankfully the mail showed up before he setup the satellite. The order that came in the mail had me signed up for the liberty 18 plan which is not what i signed up for. I sent the installing back and refused to have it setup and called George, with Awesome-internet.com, back he stated that he was going to call and try to get it taken care of. He called me back and told me that they said the plan was no longer available and that they refused to put me in the plan that i ordered. I called and the first lady i spoke with was rude as can be, she refused to connect me to a supervisor and told me all they could do is cancel my order and give me one of their current plans. So today i called them back again and this time i got to speak with a supervisor and was told that it will be taken care of but he needs to escalate it to someone else and that it can take 72 hours or more before they put a note on the account and THAT I NEED TO CALL THEM BACK TO FIND OUT IF THEY SWITCHED ME TO THE PLAN I ORDERED. I have screen shots and can print my call logs. I spoke with and texted my wife and George, Both George and myself went to the exede website on the 14th and went over the plans offered and i sent my wife the picture below showing her what i signed up for. I think at the least i deserve the plan i ordered and a phone call stating that it has been taken care.
