I am receiving e-mails but can't send emails to most people. My wife who is a wildblue / excede customer as well is getting my emails.
error message is:
tomj.schmidt@comcast.net (reading BANNER): 554
>>> resimta-po-23v.sys.comcast.net resimta-po-23v.sys.comcast.net
>>> 69.168.102.197 found on one or more DNSBLs, see
>>> http://postmaster.comcast.net/smtp-er...

I did the spamhaus
removal request and it said my IP Adress wasn't blocked. Of course I think my IP address is 192.168.1.8 but not sure I also tried this IP address when I asked online what my IP Adress is 72.173.80.19

Any help would be appreciated, i've been down all day.

It's being worked on.

192.168.100.1 is your modem, not your IP address. the 72.XXXXXXX is your individual IP address. Neither of those have been blacklisted but, the email server IP we share with DirecTv has been blacklisted. Exede knows about it and, will get it fixed ASAP.

I am also getting the same messages. It is kind of embarrassing when my emails get bounced back. I use my email quite a bit for college and work. This has got to be fixed. I know you know, how much our satellite service costs in comparison to other types of services. I am also having a tough time with SPAM as of recent. I am getting tons of it and I have to keep logging into the web portal and blocking domains only to have it flood back in to my inbox. A lot of it is disgusting. Why is this happening? It feels like I am being targeted. I think the SPAM filtration is not working at all with our email. See message below, and as a suggestion, stop sharing email servers with other companies. Organic is best controlled and managed.
