I just paid my bill there is no way i am at 80% and i am all ways up late to use the free data time i hate this company i can't wait to move i will be going back to brighthouse again never again will i use satellite internet.

That same thing happened to their wildblue. Their equipment in place could not handle what the company accepted as customers. It became so bad that simple and free phone connection gave much better service. We all note the request for an increase in monthly payment and things became worse paying more!

Please do not waste your time they sucker you in by making you think you are getting more data for your money and when you find out you are not you are mad and they will promise they will look into it but they are not going to do nothing about it. You going to have to buy more data or upgrade your data plan.  Do like me when my contract up i am going back to Hughes net.
