Private Messaging - what to do until the forum supports PMs

Forum users occasionally feel the need to "private message" (PM) another user. Unfortunately this forum doesn't have that capability. Most folks know it's not a good idea to post your email on the web, so what do you do?
There are many websites that will provide you with a free temporary email address that evaporates after some amount of time or after some number of emails. You can find a list here. This list is sites that do NOT require any sort of registration. Some sites require you visit the site to see the emails to the temp address, others will forward to an email address you provide. Jetable looks like a decent choice if you want forwarding. Rather than telling someone to "PM me", you can post this address in your message, knowing it won't generate infinite spam.
In this thread, Brad says Viasat is looking at adding PM capability, but until then, this will have to do. (And of course, making this sticky would be nice, but that appears to be missing from the forum software as well.
