Printing my bill

I cannot get a full copy of my bill. The text stops at the dollar signs, and the actual dollar amounts are hidden under the usage panel. How do I get my entire bill?

This does appear to be a problem with the Exede Dashboard webpage display if you click on View and Pay Bill. However, if you click on View Bill History, then click on the invoice number for the month you are interested in, it displays the dollar amounts properly.
