I'm doubting that it's going to be an exede issue but, I could be wrong.

Are you using the exede wifi modem/router or your own?

Can you see the printer on your local network?

Gonna need a lot more info to help but, I'm sure that there's someone here that's been through this issue before. :)

My HP wireless printer will periodically drop out of the network. I found that if I unplug the AC power for 30 seconds or so it will then reconnect.

Sometimes simply power cycling the printer works, especially after the modem goes offline then comes back. Also, with Windows 10 and an HP wireless printer you will see a lot of the "scan to computer is no longer active" dialogs. Ignore that, Windows will resume communicating with the printer when you need to scan or print - it isn't disconnected, just silent. If the Wireless light on the printer is not flashing and, is on steady, it's fine.

You may also wish to log into your router and see if the printer is listed as being currently connected.

This will be listed under "attached devices", "clients" or something similar.

Hello, Dottie, Our members have given you some grat advice regarding your printer. Is the printer showing as an attached device? I've had the same experience so I do understand your frustration.
We'll see if we can help but we are not able to troubleshoot 3rd party devices. Send your account information to exedelistens@viasat.com. Thanks
