i had a 10 gig plan, i received an email saying i could upgrade to 25 gigs for an additional $15 i did that . now my bill is $30 higher. Why?

I would call Exede to ask them about it.  In my area, the 25 gb plan costs $25 more than the 12 gb plan.

Alfred, if that is your first bill, there may be prorated charges. You can log in to myexede.net to view your bill or, call Customer Care at 855-463-9333.
