Potential New Customer in South Carolina

I am looking at internet options and considering Exede as it is one of our limited options. I have a few questions in trying to make my decision. Is there a trial period if we are not satisfied after install? I understand the advertised speeds are "up to" that amount, but how often and a what times do speeds actually reach maximum? I also see a lot of recent posts about data usage when no devices are connected. How does everyone typically avoid this? I am concerned about spending the money on installation and locking in to a contract to only find that our area has the least receiption available.  Thank you.

Hi Kristen,

A lot of things can affect your speed, but in most cases while on priority I've seen a lot of people on or above that posted speed. The "Up to" is because things can alter it like your setup, if there's a lot of people on at the same time, ect.
