POP3 eMail has stopped working

I've been connected to Wildblue.net eMail for ten years or so. Everything has worked fine until yesterday. Email on both my account and my wife's account has stopped working. I can use webmail, but do NOT prefer to. I have changed nothing in my Outlook mail settings, and have checked to make sure they are still set up correctly. When I check mail, I get a notice saying "operation timed out waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server. HELP!

HI Russ, Please review the POP/IMAP setting for Exede and WildBlue email. Here is the link 


Also check for a virus or malware.  We have made no changes to the email client.
