Need tech support

Why would tech support tell you all you lights and #'s are good but they can't get up connected to a website. Then they tell you it closing time to call back tomorrow. When you call back they tell you everone is busy leave your # and they will call back and never do.  Very disappointed with exede.

I don't think execde has anyone to help. I have been without service for 3 days now. I called 2 nights ago and was on the phone for 1 hr 14 mins when she finally told me she was going to give me 25.00 because she couldn't fix it. Ask to send me to another advance tech and she said they were closing in20 mins to call back tomorrow (wed) I called back and told her to connect me with an advance tech. She read my notes and called to see if she could connect me to them and come back and said they were busy leave # and they would call back. Never did. Not good customer service.

Don't give up yet Rose - an Exede moderator here who actually works for ViaSat should be along shortly to assist you and provide a more positive support experience.

As Old Labs said, a much better form of help will be here shortly.

Until then, what is your modem doing? Lights, flashes, nothing? Are you posting here through your Exede connection?

How long have you had the service installed? Is this your first issue? Did everything work before?

Why is all the official help done out of the Community posts.  Maybe the rest of us could be helped by the answers.  It might even cut down posts.
