download speed last two days 12-16Mbps but upload is hanging around 0.23Mbps. Keep going back to my phone for hotspot internet connection. Speeds are hooked direct to ethernet modem and not through wifi router which has the same speeds. What's up with Exede this week?

Providing additional background. We have 2 MacBooks, 2 Ipads that have been used for speedtest with and without router. All get effectively the same speed the last 2 days. I have unplugged modem power and cable numerous times and also did as well on my 30 minute call with customer support this afternoon. No resolution so far other than I get to pay for a service call.
