Poor service

I am not able to link my cell phones to the wifi. I moved 2 months ago and the service has been horrible. the internet goes out every time it storms. It is out for at least a week every month. The signal is weak, according to the router, only 1 bar out of 4. When I call to try and get some answers, the lady on the phone is rude. I am very dissatisfied with the service since I moved. I did not have these issues at my last resident. I signed a new contract when I moved but this is the worst service I've ever had and I'm thinking of ending the contract. When I do call and try and take care of the problem, I don't expect to be talked to like a child and Told its not there problem. My fiancee works from home as an online professor, the internet is a must for his job. The service of exede has been very poor. I would not recommend it to anyone.

You have a terrible misconception of your internet.... most of your problem is your router...you say your signal is low.....its your router, has nothing to do with exede...... slow speed you say? Either dish out of alignment or your router wifi is terrible slow...probably G rated......your internet totaly goes out in na rain storm.....yup.... thats what happens with satellite internet. You make a statement...you did not have these prohlems at your other place......did you have exede there? If you did, sounds like it worked well.... so now that its not....you woukd nkt recommend it to any one?

Replace your router with one that costs 60 dollars or more, and you will be pleased.

The router is new and I had the same internet for over 2 years at my other house with no problems. I've called several times for help and to ask what can be done to correct the problem, I've got a person with an attitude each time. As for the internet going out in a storm, it has only happened here. It did not go out at my other place. So I will say again the service is poor, it worked well at my other resident that is only 4 miles from where I am at now but it sucks here.

Was it already installed and active at your new place? Or did you just have it installed..... get a tech to check your alignmemt.........type 192.168.100.1 I to your web address and check fkr any yellow or red troubles icons on the page.
