I have very poor internet service. The salesman told me the Boost 30 would be fine for my family of six with several computers, phones, tablets, tv's etc. My boy can not even play a video game on tv due to the lag time. I can not even use my main computer if someone else in on. It costs a great deal of money each month to not be able to even use it properly????? I need a service man to come out and check everything please, asap.

Not going to help.

You will not be able to play many video games with Viasat.

With that many users in your house, I am sure you are well over your priority data. You will experience slow speeds.

No matter what a salesman says, take it with a grain of salt.

Best of luck to you with your internet. You are going to need it!

Is this a serious post? It seems like a troll and I rarely stick up for companies like Viasat. If this is an honest post when is Viasat going to start vetting their sales people, whether they are direct or through a 3rd party? It seems a lot of perspective new customers are flat out lied to these days and Viasat does not care about the practice.

Want me to take you some pictures of Viasat co branded marketing stapled on power poles and fences across my county with "unlimited" as the main marketing term? 3rd party sellers are the main problem for Viasat and it fully encourages them.

There is no doubt it is part of the problem.

Sadly, many consumers out there fail to understand the limitations of satellite internet.
