Ok, Viasat, PLEASE, Explain. We pay for 150gb’s of “high speed” internet. Not once during the month of January have I been able to stream a movie/show/video without constant stuttering & buffering, WTH !! Had the “cust service” on the phone lastnite. He spent the 1st 5 mins of the call trying to sell us stuff we already told him we were not interested in. Basically told us that our service was as good as it’s gonna get. While he was telling us that we were only at 119gb’s of our 150, and that there should be NO PROBLEM. Finally he stated that he would try to do a “reboot” from his end & promptly disconnected the call before we could even respond. The reboot did no good, and I get an immediate email telling me we were at 100% of our high speed data !! How is that even possible ?! Not a happy customer !! Please, give us some resolve.
