poor service

Got my gegabites on the 24th and used 51% today is 25th what is up with this . I did a speed test my down load speed is .48 mb I can go get a coffee and come back and it still hasn't changed the page to the site I searched for. we have a contract and the way I see it you have breached the contract.

well for everyone it just depends onto the speeds... also when imma typing this as of right now everyone is into peek hours right now... also the peek hours are from 5pm to 2am... also it could be that your computer is downloading updates also the devices you have could also have them update automatically. but yet you want to MANUAL update. NOT automatically update... cause sometimes it goes by itself and so on...

also exede havent breached the contract... they ALWAYS say the estimates. like for mine... it is estimates of 12mbps for download and upload is for... 4-5mbps... also another thing i should mention... its megabits per second NOT megabytes per second.... some people can get confused of which one is which... but hope this is helpful!!!
