For the past two weeks I have been trying to gain access to my email account. I have only been with Exede slightly over a month and now I have a disabled email account because I "violated Google's terms of service". The account was new with perhaps 5 messages and none that violated anything. I have communicated by phone and email, the phone conversation was useless and all the person did was to change my password and I have two unanswered emails despite the fact that I was assured that I would receive an answer "within 24 hours". I can put up with the low data usage, but I can't put up with paying for something I'm not getting at all and being blamed for something I didn't do.

And just what does your internet provider have to do with Google? I never use a provider's e/mail because if you leave it's history. But if you choose to I still don't see what they have in common.

Bobbie, Excede's email service is provided by Google so if Google feels that you have violated their TOS then you will not have access to your Excede email account.

aww ok I see, I just stick with yahoo, that way if I change internet I still have my same email.

I am wondering if Google is the email that Steve has chosen to use to access his ISP.  I have to agree with Steve........................services that we are paying for are not being rendered!!
