Billing credit?

I want a credit for the loss of my internet connection. I have been without an internet connection starting June 3 until now. Exede failed to keep a service appointment for June 6 and did not restore internet service until now. The customer service I received in trying to get a tech service appointment was very poor. The problem was with Exede hardware.
