I have my billl automatically withdrawn from my acct monthly so therefore I didn't keep up with my acct number and I want to be able to access my acct on line can you help me please

You have to call the support number. They will walk you through it.

Debbie, please go to https://mysso.exede.net/federation/UI/Login Put the email address associated with your account in the user name field then, select Forgot username/password. Follow the instructions from there.

If you have forgotten the email and the password, you will need to call Customer Care at 855-463-9333 for assistance.

Damn. I always write down my cust's usn/pass on a sheet and leave it with them.
