In my area we are very unhappy with interent service providers giving us such small amounts of data. Granted since being here in August of 2016, we have had no choice but to have satellite data. Unfortunately, we have been plagued with considerably small amounts of data that a family of four could consume in less than a week. For $100 we now have gotten 50GB and the 25 mbps boost. This is the best service offered but as a family of net users, this can easily be utilized by one person alone in about a week. The throttled speeds are ridiculous. Barely 1 mbps and although we get a discount for Direct TV, if I hook up the direct TV my internet would be useless. Can you offer something that is realistic for the 21st century? This is like being on 56k modems on AOL back in the early 90s, for 4x the price.. I feel like I'm being doled out goods like a refugee in a war torn country.. Ridiculous for being less than 50 miles from silicon valley.
