I am experiencing MEGA HIGH DATA USAGE as well...about 1gb ever 7 hours...last month we had same issues and our bill was close to $350 because of all the data we had to purchase.Something is wrong on EXedes END! Too many people having same issue.

That's about what I'm using too and I'm not even using the computer. Spoke with some guy on the phone who read from a script and told me it was my fault because he could see it right there. But the thing is that windows 10 tells me I'm not using that much data on this computer. And I have a jetpack from verizon that I use when I shut exede down and I don't go through more than 10 or 15 Gbs a month with three computers hooked up to it. I don't understand how I go through over 1GB in a few hours with exede with nothing hooked up to it.

geez every other post is either this same exact problem or slow speeds, so surely not ALWAYS the customers fault huh? I am still waiting to hear any thank yous for fixing issues, never have seen those on here on what the problem was and if they got fixed or not

Most of those we refer to them emailing us as it often requires looking at the account personally and that's generally where most of the "follow-up" to the posts on here goes.

You won't get people writing back that their problem was fixed or more likely that the problem was with them not Exede.  People only write in to complain, unfortunately.

There are over 650,000 Exede subscribers who are not posting on here, because they have a good understanding of how to control their data consumption and are happy with their service. What you are seeing on here are the few hundred struggling with how to tame their devices and have them quit using up their data with things they are  not even aware of running in the background.

yea but come on every other complaint is the same thing rapid data being used up EVEN WITH EVERYTHING UNPLUGGED!!

James, you tend to see those who are complaining about their data usage posted, but those who are happy with  their service are not posting, so yes, it does look like a high percentage of subscribers are not happy. But the numbers just don't point to a very large percentage of the subscribers being unhappy with Exede.
